How often are the bounce houses cleaned?
Our bounce houses are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. We take pride in our equipment and guarantee each customer will receive a perfect condition bounce house.

What surfaces can accommodate the bounce house?
Bounce houses can be setup indoors or outdoors. Surfaces we can setup on include: grass, concrete, hardwoods, and carpet. We will not set up on gravel or dirt.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and can provide our insurance policy upon request.

What can I use to decorate the bounce house?
Balloons, flowers, or greenery. All of our bounce houses come with built in hooks to attach balloons. Please do not use balloons that are filled with glitter.

Do I need to make a deposit?
A deposit is required to hold your date, it will be half the total amount due. The deposit is applied to your total rental price.

What is your rain/weather policy?
For the safety of our customers, we will not set up in rain or high winds. If the weather is forecasting a high chance for either of these, the deposit is transferable to an alternative date within a year.

Does an adult need to monitor jumpers?
Yes. If there are children under the age of 16, we ask that there is adult supervision.
